We welcome you to APICON 2026 Patna. For booking your rooms at any of the listed hotels, kindly submit your reservation request via email or through our online form.
Our travel and accommodation team has partnered with these hotels to reserve rooms exclusively for APICON delegates. All booking requests will be managed through our specialized team, which will be your single point of contact — for inquiry, booking, payment, confirmation, and on-site assistance during the conference.
In order to book your room you are requested to fill up the accommodation form and send it to us. Depending upon the availability invoice, along with payment link shall be sent to you for necessary action.
Once the payment is received by APICON 2026, you will receive both a payment receipt and a Hotel Confirmation Voucher. Upon presenting this voucher at the hotel, your prepaid room will be provided for the duration of your stay. Any extras such as meals, spa, liquor, laundry, etc., will be payable directly to the hotel before check-out.
Booking Policy: Full advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation till 31st August 2025.
50% charges for cancellation till 31st October 2025.
No refund for cancellation after 31st October 2025.
Our team is facilitating this entire booking service. The guest must respect the hotel policies for check in time and check out time, room category allocation, availability of king size bed or twin bed, early check in and late check out policies etc.
Please review hotels facilities, room size, smoking, non smoking preferences, veg and non veg meals etc, before booking.
